1、 Overview

Our factory was originally a professional manufacturer of various stainless steel pumps, and has been loyal to serving domestic petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, fertilizer and other enterprises for many years. And a small amount is exported to Southeast Asia. With the deep development of technology, chemical manufacturers have made rapid progress, and cutting-edge chemical products continue to emerge. Corrosion resistant equipment has also continuously developed the anti-corrosion degree of corrosion resistant equipment for our production units. Our factory, with the full support of the First Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, the Forest Products Chemical Design Institute of the Ministry of Forestry, and Jiangsu Institute of Technology, refers to international ISO standards and adopts the Jiangsu Province DB/3210J67-88 standard and special pump processing technology to jointly design a new type of fluorine alloy corrosion-resistant product.

2、 Purpose:

Suitable for long-term transportation of any concentration of any medium, including acids, oxidants, and corrosive media (excluding fast hard crystalline media), under the condition of -85-200 temperature. Widely applicable to industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, paint, smelting, papermaking, electroplating, food, etc.

3、 Characteristics

★ It has strong corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength, with corrosion resistance parameters exceeding those of IH stainless steel chemical centrifugal pumps, F · AFB corrosion-resistant pumps, ceramic pumps, and enamel pumps.

This product has the advantages of reasonable design, compact structure, reliable performance, easy use and maintenance, and energy conservation.

The overcurrent section is entirely made of fluorine alloy (various fluorine materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroethylene propylene are molded and processed with reasonable formulas), which has strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, and no toxin decomposition.
